BARBECUE WARRANTY
We encourage all purchasers to fill out warranty registration cards provided by the manufacturer as this greatly facilities any future claims.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the following:
a) serial number
b) bill of sale
c) damaged part
Barbecue serial numbers are located on the CGA rating label. This label can be found on the barbecue’s base plate or supporting back brace. Please note that serial numbers are not recorded on your bill of sale.
Defective product is manufacturer’s warranty only.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not include labour, transportation of your barbecue, and/or service calls. Should any of these services be required in conjunction with a warranty claim, standard charges will apply.
Please refer to your owner’s manual for complete warranty details.
Within 14 days from date of purchase:
As a courtesy to our valued customers, defective product involving normally stocked replacement parts will be exchanged by Barbecue Country at no charge. For non-stocked parts, we will administer a warranty claim on your behalf.
